Whistleblowing in the 3H group

The 3H group is strongly committed to transparency, integrity and ethical conduct in all our activities. One of the tools we use to help us achieve these goals is a whistleblowing mechanism that enables our employees and other stakeholders to report any potential wrongdoing, corruption, unethical conduct or violations of the law.

How to report wrongdoing:

- We believe in creating an open yet confidential environment in which you can safely disclose information about potential wrongdoing in confidence.

- The first step is to use internal mechanisms for reporting wrongdoing available in each company in our group. The contact information and procedures are available in our internal whistleblowing policy.

- If you are dissatisfied with the internal procedure or are concerned about possible reprisal, you can also contact external bodies such as independent audit bodies and the relevant legal institutions.

Whistleblower protection:

- We guarantee that anybody who reports wrongdoing will be protected from reprisal or retaliation.

- All information that whistleblowers provide will be thoroughly investigated and kept confidential.

- We believe in the importance of protecting the identity of whistleblowers and respecting their rights.

We believe that involving our employees and stakeholders in the whistleblowing process strengthens the 3H group, helps maintain integrity, and improves the quality of our services.
